Postmasters Kitchen + Bar was born out of a passion for quality produce and a desire to do better. Owners Sam Laycock and Maria Kealy want to do more in life than own a hospitality business, ‘we not only strive to give our guests the best experience, but to also offer our team the best place to work’. Our aim is to be better today than we were yesterday, this is something we instil in our team and we can achieve this by holding ourselves accountable to our values in our everyday work.
We specialise in group bookings and have a number of spaces available depending on your group size and function requirments.
Kitchen - Our Kitchen has something for everyone. Open for Brunch, Snacks + Dinner, our talented chefs have written a menu that caters to all common dietary requirements. We source our produce from local suppliers + even grow lots of herbs in our garden! As an added bonus our fryer is coeliac friendly.
Bar - Our extensive range of Beverages will keep you happy + hydrated. We are proud to present a concise list of New Zealand's finest craft beer, with a couple of cheeky classics thrown in. If wine is your preference we are equally proud to present a boutique list of New Zealand’s best small producers. It’s hard living in one of the best wine producing regions in the world but we make it our focus! We also have all of your favourite tipples alongside a bespoke cocktail list + of course plenty of non-alcoholic choices from mocktails, smoothies, soft drinks to pots of tea + cups of coffee.
