Arrowtown 40th Autumn Festival

Celebrating its 40th celebration in 2026, the Arrowtown Autumn Festival is one of the region’s most iconic events Strongly supported by our local community and the wider region, the festival attracts more than 20,000 visitors each year. What began as a humble harvest celebration to bring town and country together has grown into a vibrant showcase of local talent, creativity and Arrowtown at its most stunning, wrapped in autumn colour.

With 70% of events free to attend, the festival remains proudly accessible, welcoming both locals and visitors to celebrate together.  In 2026 the festival will run for five days – from Wednesday April 15th to Sunday April 19th so you can enjoy all the favourites (Pie, Pint & Pinot, Parade and Market Day, Quiz Night, Art Exhibition) but also take part in some new and revived events – stay tuned for the programme coming out in early February!
