Arrowtown Choppers Beech Party

Come and help the Arrowtown Choppers plant 3000 native Beech and Totara on the slopes of Eichardts Flat (Sawpit Gully Track).

• Meet anytime from 9am beside the Chinese Village entrance, Arrowtown on 12th April 2026 and you will be directed to the planting site (about a 20/30min walk)
• This is a day for all age groups, families and friends to help plant 3000 native trees and enhance the biodiversity of the Arrowtown area. This adds to the 25,000+ trees already planted in the area.
• All the holes will be pre-dug holes to make is easy for you and the kids to plant plenty of trees.
• Stay up the hill after the plantings as we will have a complimentary BBQ, refreshments and kids prizes all provided by our generous group of sponsors.
