Arrowtown Carriages brings you an exquisite horse and carriage experience.
Our specially trained horses will transport you back in time, as you explore in our beautiful Victorian-style carriage. During the busy summer months we are available for short tours, most days, from our meeting point in Buckingham St (see map).
We also offer Historical trips, taking in Arrowtown's rich history, visiting important historical sites and a spectacular view point. You can relax and enjoy the melody of horse hooves as your knowledgeable guide takes you through stunning scenery for a nostalgic look at New Zealand’s gold mining era. Prices are $50p/p or $130per carriage (up to 4 adults). Allow 1 hour.
The carriage can be hired for special events, lunch excursions, corporate days and wine tours. Themed option available.
